We have been delivering Suicide Prevention across Bury for 5 years to over 1000 attendees including, teachers, NHS staff, local councillors, community groups, parents and local businesses.
In this 90 minute session you will:
- Learn to understand some of the risk factors
- Spot the signs of someone in crisis
- Learn to open up a conversation around suicide
- Discover how to signpost to appropriate support
- Understand some of the basics of safety planning
Our training is trauma informed and delivered and co-produced by lived experience facilitators .
We do advise that this session is not suitable for anyone rjecently affected by suicide (within the last 12 months)
